3rd COURSE

Kale Salad with Blackened Salmon, Chef’s orange vinaigrette.
4th COURSE

Braised Short Ribs in a veal Au Jus, Hasselback Style Fingerling Potatoes, olive oil, fresh sage, garlic butter, sea salt and fresh pepper, Grilled Broccolini with Parmesan Reggiano.
